Please read the vendor guidelines carefully and acknowledge your agreement below.

  • This event is Saturday only.
  • Setup time will be announced once the entertainment schedule has been finalized.
  • Booth spaces may not exceed 16 feet.
  • No open flames are permitted.
  • There is one approved cooking vendor.
  • Merchandise must be family-friendly.
  • Vendors may take photos and short videos.
  • Vendors may NOT livestream the event.
  • Vendors posting on social media should tag @warthenrvpark.
  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area.
  • The vendor fee is non-refundable once approved.
  • Warthen RV Park is not responsible for theft, damage, or lost property.

I release and hold harmless Warthen RV Park, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, performers, and affiliated parties from any liability arising from injury, theft, loss, or property damage before, during, or after the event.
